Shipping policy

PROCESSING

Orders ship from the U.S. Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend are processed on the next business day. 

Please allow 3-5  business days for domestic orders to be processed and shipped. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.  If you need your order by a specific date please email hello@fifthandwelshire so a team member can assist you. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to process and ship during the holiday season.  

Holiday processing begins on Black Friday and ends the second week of January each year.

SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $300. Shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout.

You will receive an email and/or text notification with tracking information when your order ships.    

Expedited shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are not shipped with a signature required unless this shipping method is selected at checkout. Fifth & Welshire is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without a signature required to the confirmed correct delivery address.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses and cannot change shipping addresses once an order is submitted.

DOMESTIC

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.  Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery after you receive your shipment notification. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays. 

Weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Please contact the carrier directly for issues with delivery delays.

If you suspect your package has been misdelivered, lost, or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier directly before contacting hello@fifthandwelshire.  We will be happy to assist you after you have received your claim number from the carrier.

 

INTERNATIONAL 

All international orders ship via DHL or UPS.  Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. The customer is solely responsible for paying import costs such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. International shipments take 8-14 business days for delivery. Exact shipping times may vary and depend on the destination country.

Delays at customs once the parcel has reached the destination country are not under our control. 

Please use a valid street address, as we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes.

 

PREORDERS

Pre-Order items are purchased before production. Pre-Order listings are not ready to ship. Please refer to the product description for the estimated ship date.  Please make a note of the estimated shipping time before purchasing.  All items placed in the same order are shipped together. 

Order processing will begin on the date specified on the product listing.  Fifth & Welshire reserves the right to change shipment dates with proper notification to the customer. 

Pre-Ordered items are not eligible for express shipping.   Once your order is authorized you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order is dispatched.
