Do you offer bespoke/custom options?
No. We do not offer custom options for our garments at this time.
Can you help me find the right size?
Of course! Shoot us an email at hello@fifthandwelshire.com. It will be helpful if you know your bust, waist, and hip measurement. If not, no worries. A team member can assist you with finding the perfect fit.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST are generally processed the same day and ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST are processed the following business day.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! All of our available shipping options are displayed during checkout. OPtion not listed? Shoot us an email at hello@fifthandwelshire.com and a team member can assist you.
My package is missing. Who do I contact for assistance?
Please send us an email at hello@fifthandwelshire.com with your order number so that a team member can further assist. You may also contact the delivery service you selected when you placed your order and provide them with your tracking number.
Returns
I purchased two sizes to check fit. Will you accept my return?
We generally accept and issue a refund for the garment that is not the correct size however, refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. Please send us an email at hello@fifthandwelshire.com if you have additional questions.

Yes. If you received a different size than what you ordered, please reach out to us immediately at hello@fifthandwelshire.com so that we can send you the correct size or issue a refund.
